Marathon Nationals

Over the holiday weekend I had a great trip to Sun Valley and great ride in the Marathon National Championships.  A picture is worth a thousand words...

Getting after it

Bike riding has been going really well for me the last couple weeks.  Only time will tell if the good training translates into some good races, but I'm back to enjoying the journey again.  I've been working hard and put together a few big workouts and rested fairly well in between.  I did get another flat at the Over the Hump race last week, but that was just bad luck.  Outside of work and riding Cameron is keeping us really busy.  There's just so many things for her to explore and we're having a lot of fun along the way! 

I'm really looking forward to Marathon Nationals in Idaho - visiting a beautiful place, a break from work, hanging out with friends, and laying it all out there on 42 miles of mountain trails.  Happy 4th of July - God Bless America!
