Training - Thursday

Nothing but work and training the last few days - and loving it. Took a half day off work Thurs to get in a 5hr sampling on the best road riding in OC.

    Now why to you have to call those decent hardworking folks rats? :) Glad to see you're getting lots of good riding in. Matt's got Walburg and Pace Bend this weekend. Dee and Brett plan to come down for Pace Bend. And I think maybe I should cat down to 4's before I do any races :P.
