7am - finish breakfast and roll out for work
8am - working it
one of many snacks consumed during the day
late afternoon - view hasn't changed much
5:45 - 7 more to go on ridge park
I have to admit the view on the way down is pretty nice
7:45pm - 2300 calories later
8:12pm - dinner and tv - and that's it
I like all of the pictures! Shouldn't a day in the life of a pro cyclist be a day spent on the bike, stretching, getting massaged, talking with your mechanic, etc.? I'm so proud of you for how hard you work to make a good living and still pursue your passion. Hope you're legs are starting to feel better after some rest.
ReplyDeleteditto Kath! i'm so proud of you too, Dana! you do work very hard at your career and your cycling, and it's paying off! And you always make time for me ☺ I'm not sure how you do it.
