This week has been all work and just a couple routine rides for me.  My biggest accomplishment was doing my core workout Thursday evening even though I was starving and tired after a solid mountain bike ride in the morning and working all day.  I don't know why these things sounded good at the time but i scarfed down some mango, ham, and pretzels and just started doing my crunches.  Only a minute into it my energy came around and 15 minutes later I had done a solid workout...

Something a little more exciting is the Olympic Marathon Trials next weekend.  If you're a Ryan Hall fan there's a fundraiser for the Steps Foundation - only $12 to donate!
