Training Week in Photos

40 hours of work plus 20 hours of riding makes for a crazy week, but I actually enjoy it.  Last week and this week have been the exact same routine:  Monday sleep in.  Tue, Wed, Thur are all 5:30 wake up calls for 2hr 30min rides before work.  A couple nights I commuted home and Friday will be a 1hr easy ride and 30min core work out.  Saturday is 4hrs on the bike and Sunday 6hrs.  Base!
