After the nasty head cold last week I had to take it easy both Saturday and Sunday of the holiday weekend. Finally on Monday I was able to get the bike riding going despite some nasty remains from the cold in my sinuses. Now I have 3 days down and 4 to go.
That's quite a few hours on the bike in just a few days! Glad you're feeling better, I've been battling sinus issues for the past couple of weeks. I mostly have problems with getting fluid in my ears. I know it's a big race, but a cycling friend of ours is also doing the BC Bike race. I send you his name in a text. Not sure if any other Texans are doing it. That's going to be one epic race for you!
